Re: Photograph your house exterior!
Um...sure. The latter I get, the former not so much. Are Icelandic people covered in Ash or something?

Nah, a year or so ago, there was this huge ash cloud effectively stalling all air traffic in Europe, courtesy of Iceland.
The glacier (jökull) Vidina is refering to is called Eyjafjallajökull.
Did not make us popular (like we needed that since the global financial crash in 2008).
Throw in Obama on a skateboard with some sunglasses and I'd hang that on my wall.
Don't want to hijack the thread but yes.
Try Google image search just looking for Eyjafjallajökull. You'll find some crazy ass images.
The Big Picture has some awesome images from the eruption.

I dig Teague's since I've actually seen that view, albeit one floor lower. Unfortunately I didn't visit his bedroom
I'll bust one out tomorrow. It's foggy out right now and looks cool, but my panorama app gets confused on the big dark tree in our front yard and only spits out half the scene.
Romance. If that city wasn't so fucking cold, I'd live there in a heartbeat.
Been 80's this week.
I just got myself a Canon Rebel T2i, here's my first attempt at making a panorama. Photos were taken from the deck of my house.
EDIT: Fixed the white edges.

Is that a river?
During the summer it is, quite a large one too.
Only because for once I actually have a pretty rad view! This is outside my bedroom window.
The view out the back is arguably cooler. The middle of each block in Amsterdam is a small community garden thing, and it's like a patchwork of overgrown vines and well maintained rosebushes and stuff like that.
Ooooh, canal!
I remember that area very well. About 10 years ago I was shooting 2nd Unit director on a documentary and we got put up in an apartment on PC Hofstradt. I walked about a mile to where that canal is, actually. I really loved all of Holland.
Taken just over an hour ago as the sun went down. From my front door-
From my back door-
I just remembered I had these. lol.
These are views from the balcony of my old apartment. 20th story, corner of Beach and Burrard in Downtown Vancouver.
And this is the beach that was literally just across the street from that apartment. This is false creek if you know anything about Vancouver.
That was a great location, the apartment was shit and ridiculously expensive. But it was a nice view.
Taken at 5am, otherwise known as- about 15 minute ago.
Such a nice day, yet nothing to do...

Yup, that's pretty much exactly as I imagined Liverpool. It lacks a touch of red, however.
Is it okay if I don't do a Pano but some Aerial Footage?
