Folks all over the planet are apparently experiencing rain - Maggot and Dave are under rainy clouds, too. I'm not too hung up on not-raining, I don't think it'll make too much of a difference. Daytime is preferred simply as a technicality.

Shooting next weekend. Let's hope it is sunny.

Teague, if you don't have at least one of the red shirts die in this thing, I will very disappointed in you.

I wish I could be in this, but:
A) I'm too young to drive
B) The family doesn't care
and C) I was on holiday when Teazle was doing sign-ups

I hoping to do it in the next couple days.

Also the only green shirt I own is a Flogging Molly shirt, is that an issue?

It's amazing how many people haven't gotten around to doing this yet. First thing I did upon reading the directions, was take notes, and head outside. Doesn't matter if it's a work day or not, it really only takes a dew minutes to deliver the lines(depending on the amount, obviously), and the other shots you could arguably get anytime you're driving. Just bring a camera at all times.

We're still two weekends away from anyone hearing me complain. 

Plus I'm hearing behind the scenes from a lot of folks clearing up last details before filmin.'  We're good.

Well, if it was just shooting yourself if would be easy, but you need at least one other person driving the car, and you want it to be a memorable location, so it takes some planning.

Shot some test out-the-front driving footage today, driving through the English countryside, with some villages, towns and faster roads. Actually have about an hour already, and I'm probably going to stick representative bits on the server for Teague's comments.

Not that happy with some of the video quality (shot on a phone allegedly capturing at 720p, its compression algorithm really doesn't like trees), but the weather was nice.

Expecting to knock off the speaking bits either this Sunday or next, dependent on stuff.

Also expecting to shoot some out-the-window footage in central London, doing the Hollywood tour, perhaps -- Big Ben, Tower Bridge, London Eye, red buses, punk rockers, Lady Di,...

Still haven't decided where I'm going to do the getting-out part yet.

My only friend with a car lives over an hour away and I don't currently have any spare cash for train fair to go and visit.
