It's all the same to me, Tom, and the one-angle shot has been blessed. This thing deserves to get completed, not bogged down in my purist ideals, so chive on by all means.

Don't mind me if you guys are already working this out, but...
Tom, how about you do your green removal and provide Dave with PNG sequence plates with alpha. At least get that aspect moved along..
If you get the live plates from Dave to do the hologram vfx, all the better. Heck, I've still got all the raw takes if nobody else can manage to get them uploaded where you can get at them.

Well, I was never given the go ahead with my plates. Granted, Zarban liked 'em, but it was never confirmed whether or not I should reshoot.

I'm happy with everything I've seen. I don't know why this isn't tripping along. I was hoping for more refined edits and some hologram effects and whatnot.

Sorry, I've been a tad on the busy side lately. Aiming to get it done for you by this weekend.
As far as I know, Tom has the plates for his hologram stuff and should have that done by...some point?

Hm.
This project has mostly been horizontal and open so far, but maybe at this point somebody needs to officially be The Most In Charge — just, totally entitled to bug people about their progress. Zarban, do you want to be the one who adopts that more whip-cracky role? This whole thing is your playground, so you obviously get first refusal on that. If not (and if nobody else is interested in doing so, which, if you are, say so) I'd be happy to make the whip-crackin' my business.
In any case, there's an excess of deference in this hierarchy. Let's promote someone to Major and start yellin' at soldiers.

Do you guys have need for any set extension-y sort of things? If somebody points me to the raw footage and tells me what to do I'd be happy to get in a shot or two.

I have so little knowledge of how long these things take that I wouldn't know when whip-cracking is appropriate or what effects shots are needed to fill things out.
