We have cookies and booze?
Now that you guys did Monsters, will you do Skyline? Another low budget sci-fi movie financed completely by its directors.
Every time I see a thing for this movie, I think:
And that the movie would probably be better if it was just all about:
Also, if they make a sequel, it should be titled Skyline: GTR.

Us recording a commentary and urging people to watch it doesn't qualify?
You've recorded commentaries for Transformers 2 and Surrogates. Also, all of your urging seems to be along the lines of "Support this because it's an indie film" not "go see this because it's good."
The closest theater playing this is 900 miles away. It is rather unlikely that I will go see this movie.
IRC is awesome if you can find an active channel. I can often be found in #xkcd on irc.foonetic.net. I don't really mind the chatroom we have now (though it's message length restriction annoys the shit out off me). And I'm not talking about the live streamings, those are better off with a chatroom (and I don't go to them anyway, the streaming and my internet do not get along at all), I'm talking about the awesome spontaneous stuff that used to go down in the chatroom. And I'm mostly asking because I'm lazy, and it's more convenient for me if we had IRC.
Can we get a DIF IRC channel? If we had one, would it get used? I'm on IRC all the time, and if we had a DIF channel instead of these less then optimal chatrooms, it would be easier to participate if something spontaneous happened rather then having to keep checking this site to see if something awesome is going down in the chatroom.
1. Thunderstorms. I love thunderstorms.
2. Light rain, preferably warm. I enjoy going out for walks in this kind of weather.
3. A sunny, breezy day in spring or fall.
4. Blizzards, on days when you don't need to go outside.
5. Sunny with scattered clouds.
Top 5 conspiracy theories.
What if, as they eat your brain, they start to take control over you (also not unprecedented). If you started going crazy, then your body started doing things against your will, that would be fucking terrifying. Also, then you end up with zombies who really do want to eat your brain and can only be taken down with a headshot for logical reasons.
Just ran across this image, decided to repost it here.
Aladdin is your first Disney classic? Not Lion King? Huh. Wouldn't have called that.

We were just a couple of kids making horribly self-indulgent movies and riding around in his spruce Taurus, and this song was BLARED like none other in our collection. Very few songs could bring a reaction out of the hot girls next to us at the red lights like this one. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b_Lrh6z-VDc
This song is amazing.
Fuck, this is still stuck in my head.

I, my dad, and my late grandfather share September 5th as a birthday. (27, 57, 87.)
This is impressive, and if you do not arrange to have a child on your 30th birthday, I will be very disappointed in you.
Ninja Assassin is both terrible and ridiculous, and therefor you should totally do it.
I tried it with the Men in Black page, it got reverted an hour and a half later.
Edit: We actually have a smiley? I love this place.
Here's a template for you:

Just change ## to the episode id, maybe customize the text a bit, and you're set, e.g., for Men in Black you might make it:

You guys should do this movie.
Ooh, space me! Space me!
Request approved.
Yup, those are bodies all right.
Has Teague finally cracked?
I also recall experiencing this recently. I don't post often, so I didn't realize it wasn't supposed to happen.
Edit: Posted this with Quick Reply, got no captcha this time.
You guys should totally do Mary Poppins. I watched it again recently and was surprised that it seemed even better then I remembered it being.
What's so special about Boron?
The reason nobody does that, I think, is that if you stop halfway in, listen to something else, and come back, your place is lost.
In iTunes, there's a check box in the previously mentioned Get Info menu where you can chose to have it remember your spot.
