Regardless of what you think of the movie, Jimmy put a lot of thought into creating that world.  I was fascinated more by the flora and fauna of Pandora than m ost of the characters, so yeah, color me interested.

I still love Dizzee Rascal, seen him live twice.  I think Fix Up, Look Sharp is the best track off that first album, but I dig the hell out of most of Maths and English.  Lady SOV was great for a minute, but hasn't lived up to her potential.

I'll throw in:
Amanda Blank - Something Bigger, Something Better
Bat For Lashes - Moon and Moon (or Horse and I off her first album)
TV on the Radio - all their albums are good, but Return to Cookie Mountain is a good place to start.
Tricky -Pre Millenium Tension remains a favorite.

...but I will demand a custom DiF GiF from Zarban.  There's an awesome photo of me superman punching a piñata in half that Teague has.

So that's what the noise question was about...

Anyway, why wasn't Eddie on this commentary? He seems perfect for it.

I am a smidge butt hurt that I wasnt on this one, but I am in Buffalo with my wife, son, and in laws, so not much I could do.  Besides, any alternate like myself serves at the leisure of our DiF overlords.  I am in no position to demand a commentary.

I'm oddly curious to HEAR Brian go on a long racist rant now.  Because truly, I cannot envision it.

Agreed, a quick Trek exchange would be good as well.

I think a user rating system similar to what netflix does would be cool.  Our listeners could rate which commentaries they like.  It would also help us on the other side of the curtain to gauge what our listeners respond to.

I think the left side of the front page is largely wasted.  I think if the lower third of the screen was a sliding movie poster button-y thing that would be better.  The current logo could be smaller and take up a top third bar or something.

If you've followed my live tweets, you'll know the last two films I saw were Birdemic and The Last Airbender.

Next to that, I finally saw MacGruber, and damned if that wasn't a funny little flick.  I was shocked, actually.

Resume's in our industry should be one page.  Education up top, credits underneath, special skills/comments on bottom.  If you're credits are thin, go ahead and add a line or two describing what you did.

Some websites allow you to store your resume online, in their own format.  For instance, here's mine on realitystaff.com  http://www.realitystaff.com/resume/view/12331

Point is, keep it simple.  Cover letters are rarely necessary I find.  in case you have to, feel free to pimp your game, son.

Teague, for the record, you have nearly cloned Rachel's view of this show. She went from being nagged into watching it, begrudgingly watching episode 1, and barely motivated to watch episode two.  By episode three I had to force her to go to bed and save episodes for later.

Y'know how I got my first AE job?  Lies.  Straight up deceit.

I learned how to tape load on the job after I got it.  I needed and wanted that job, and I knew I was sharp enough to figure it out, and i did.  I make no apologies.  Neither should you.
