As someone who was able to play around with the prototype, I too highly endorse this product.  (I made my first sabers by tweaking the Travis Boles method using toys gutted and modified with o-rings and washers; still a good place to start if you have no budget.)  Anyway, that prototype wasn't made from aluminium, so it was heavy, but it was very solid; like Teague said, it felt like one solid piece.  I can only imagine what a properly shaped aluminium one would feel like.  I don't have any plans for a dual in the foreseeable future, but I think I have got to have one of these.  Congrats Ryan for moving saber technology to the next level; here's hoping it's profitable enough to keep making them.
