In England "Trey" is pronounced "Tree" honest!

I like The Front Row the most of any of the previous suggestions. It captures the spirit of the show without any puns or references. Maybe The Back Row? Gives the impression of people giving commentary from the back of the theater, like backseat drivers.
THE BACK ROW. I think it works.
To me, The Back Row makes me picture the DiF boys being the annoying kids in the back of the theater, shouting "THIS FILM SUCKS" and throwing popcorn towards the screen. It makes me laugh.
But I think The Front Row still has a nicer ring to it than The Back Row has. Maybe it's because it's closer to Down in Front, but even so, The Back Row sounds a bit odd.

I really like The Back Row. I like it for like six reasons.
Anyway.
For Faldor.
Well, keep it up anyway...
...it's just a "Coffee and Bagels" job I guess.
Actually I really liked the Surrogates idea too.
Hey is there a pejorative attached to producer's notes?
"Final Notes: again."
The "Lying" pic is a cat from the comic, Saga who can tell when people lie, It was my way of saying that I was bullshitting, no one would call him Tree Stokes
Thanks Teague, but if my lyrics were so bad then a talented musician wouldn't drop everything to record them !
btw Front Row is a movie and culture review show here in the UK on radio 4
Back Row wins!
And honestly, I was rendering, bored, and saw the guitar. I didn't actually think your lyrics were "stop everything and make fun of someone" bad, I'm just a sad person.
Save the board,
Save the cat,
But the names not coming back.
I don't care,
It's the same to me,
You can't take my pod from me.
Take me back,
To Cahuenga Labs,
Tell the boys to come right back.
Teague and Brian,
Mike and Trey,
They're not going away today.
I would rather eat some lead,
Than lose those friends in my head,
Sorry to derail this thread.

I'm about to cry you guys.
1. I feel the love, and the sentimentality touches me. I feel it too.
2. Christ, what is it with you guys and meter already?
3. Holden didn't make sure our image macros were the same size.

*tweak tweak*
Apparently I really care about meter tonight. Who knew?
I feel like a dick, so I'm liking every post made by a British person. Yes, that means Xavier and Jimmy both got undue likes. Who told you the world was fair?

THE BACK ROW. I think it works.
Spilt the difference, THE MIDDLE ROW.
P.S. Loving the Firefly references... Last Night I was thinking "Jayne Hats",... but considering what FOX is doing now, we'd be in the same boat.
P.P.S. OOOooooo, (we need a) "Bigger Boat"?
...wow.
That picture is perfect. I previously had trouble figuring out what my expression was in that photo, but now it's clear. It's the expression of someone with thinly veiled contempt for parody consistency.
Wait. With all due respect I am bummed if you decided definitively on The Back Row. Again, this is an opportunity to make a first impression here. I you asked me what I thought a podcast called The Back Row was about, I would assume exercise or racism.
Not saying it has to be one of my goofier suggestions, it's just that it's less indicative of moviegoing than Down In Front while still not covering the broader geek chic umbrella you were talking about.
Maybe Popcorn in the Cushions or something covers both.

Indeed. I would expect a podcast bitching about interracial marriage on television.
Accents solve everything!
We may as well go Cyrillic. You gotta admit "Dоши іи Гяоит" looks awesome...
"RetConned"
"Hang a Lantern"
The hosts should get their favorites together and put up a poll.
Heh - there shall be no polling! We'll democratically cull options, and decide on a victor with dictatorial zeal.
That said, I am interested - just out of curiosity - which ones people like the most. There's certainly some useful data to be gathered there.
I can see the arguments against The Front/Back Row. However, it's still my favorite. It gives an image that's true to what the show is about. The same image, by the way, that Down in Front gave. I'm not a fan of Friends In Your Head. It has nothing to do with movies. It just sounds like a podcast with people talking about random stuff. The Intermission might work, but again, it doesn't have a lot to do with movies. Sounds more like a podcast about theater. Maybe avoid inside references from the show altogether? No one will get them who isn't already a fan.
