Topic: Spider-man

Hey folks, Teague here. Spider-Man is a worthless relic from the first wave of recent superhero movies. (I’m editorializing, and that’s fine with me.) Many people enjoy it. In fact, some of my cohorts enjoy it. There’s no explanation for that kind of thing. Frankly, all of you are unacceptable.

Re: Spider-man

I decided to give the sam raimi Spider man movies a rewatch after checking out "the amazing spiderman"....

I, as many do, remember liking it. Putting it alongside the recent X-Men movie and Burton/Schumacher Batman films, but as time passed and we got 'Batman Begins', 'X-2', hell, even Superman Returns looked/felt more competently made then Spider Man. By the time the third one came out, they just kinda got swept under the rug, trying to cling to the goofiness that we apparently all enjoyed from the first one while trying to have a grim/dark tone (because thats whats popular I guess)
