Topic: Site updates.

I've been awol for the last few weeks, but I come back bearing gifts!

You will now see that the home page has both commentaries and podcasts integrated into one feed like the RSS feed. Play with it. Let me know if you find bugs. Check all of your references (specifically to intermissions) so that we can get everything up and running again at full capacity.

And yes, Zarban, everything should redirect properly for you.

Re: Site updates.

No problems.

Warning: I'm probably rewriting this post as you read it.

Re: Site updates.

Hooray. I also added the forum banners where the old intermission logo used to be. Teague and I talked about it once, and I thought it was a good idea. We'll see what he thinks, because usually I do something I like and he tells me to go straight to geek hell.

Re: Site updates.

I like the banners on the front page but they're way to far to the left. It would be nice if they were centered.

Otherwise no issues yet.

Re: Site updates.

Screenshot me. They're supposed to line up with the right side of the nav bar.

Re: Site updates.

I think something's cached, because I that's what it looked like before I inserted the right alignment to it. Ctrl+f5 it a few times and see if it moves to the right.

Edit: yeah, I booted it up on my phone and it looked like that at first. A refresh fixed it.

Re: Site updates.

Bug Report: I can't get the search function to work. Typing in a search term and pressing enter does nothing to shrink the list.

Also, sorting by Year doesn't work for the Intermissions as far as I can tell. Also Serenity.

And what is Rating? Is there a way to rate the podcasts? Is it the iTunes ratings?

Re: Site updates.

The episode list doesn't scroll all the way to the bottom.

I really hate this bug, and have yet to find a successful way to fix it across all major browsers.

I'm still having the same issues with the site that I had a while back sad

Re: Site updates.

Something is blocking your access to Google's jQuery files. There's nothing I can do about that, unfortunately.

Re: Site updates.

small bug report,

It looks like when you use the built in player & display, if you move back currently it only displays the "intermission" feed, and doesn't go "back" in the order that that is new integrated list.

See what I've worked on recently here:

Re: Site updates.

The search function on the episode list no longer works, it just doesn't do anything. Tried in chrome and firefox.

Re: Site updates.

The "ratings" section ranks every Intermission first, and then all the commentaries.

Re: Site updates.

ALL HAIL!

Also not quite a bug...but it's weird that when I search for "Star Wars" the only thing that comes up is the Star Wars (A new hope) episode. Not any of the other ones. And similar weirdery happens throughout.

That's a problem with Teague and his incessant issues with updating search tags.

So, not so much a bug, more of a Tugue.
