Hey look, a feature center that has nothing to do with helping you make better stuff.

Re: Creative Cloud.

Annual price of CS Production Premium subscription: $600

Price of upgrade from CS5.5: $375

It's a pretty sweet deal if you don't already own the CS products, but I'm just gonna get the upgrade I think. Also what Paul said.

Re: Creative Cloud.

From the Adobe shop I can buy Production Premium 6 outright for $3175 ($3321 USD), upgrade from Production Premium 5.5 (which i dont have) for $626, and that's about it.

I can subscribe to Premiere Pro 5.5 for $93.75 per month.

At $63 per month, Cloud is looking pretty damn good.

(Don't even get me started on Adobe's pricing for the Australian market)

Re: Creative Cloud.

If I pump out one tutorial per month for tusplus, I might be able to afford this.

Re: Creative Cloud.

Related to pricing. Not that this will actually change things.

Re: Creative Cloud.

Awesome, glad they're doing something about that. Even if it's just getting more awareness for the problem. I could have had my physical copy of CS5 literally air-shipped around the world several times and it still would have cost less than what they're asking for a digital version in AUD.

Also those guys has a real styley header font for a news site.
