Name three.
1. Diane Thorne in Ilsa, She-Wolf of the SS
2. Diane Thorne in Ilsa, Harem Keeper of the Oil Sheiks
3. Diane Thorne in Ilsa, The Wicked Warden
Aside: I saw effects wizard/actor/stuntman Tom Savini in a comic book/video/music shop in Pittsburgh yesterday. I didn't say hello because I wasn't sure until I looked it up that he's from Pittsburgh and because I hear he bites. Any DIFers know him personally?
I don't know him personally, but I do know who he is, which I guess makes me all the nerd I need to be.
Oh, right. Top five terrible movies I saw because of a girl.
1. This one the name of which I can't actually remember but it had vampires in it. Or werewolves. If the Asylum made a rip-off of Twilight, it was that.
2. "300." We weren't really dating before we saw it. We sure as hell weren't dating after we saw it.
3. "Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within." My date had slightly less personality than the dead-eyed female lead.
4. "Meet Joe Black." It was our first date. We went with a group. We were the only two out of about seven of us to freely admit how fucking terrible that movie was. Then we went out for burgers and argued about whether to get bacon on the cheese fries.
5. I'm drawing a blank on a fifth, but there was this one porno we rented one time and oh my god it was just awful. Just appalling. Neither good cinema nor good porn.
Top five movies that were widely panned but that you loved, or vice versa.

I don't know him well, but I gaffed a movie he was in about 5 years ago. Friendly enough, always said hello to me. I ran into him at Fangoria last year (he sells random shit at conventions, and they were premiering the trailers for 2 movies I shot), and we chatted for a minute.
A SFX make-up artist I'm friends with had a bad run in with him once, but I don't remember the story.

These people must've felt a combination of awe and 'you're not getting me into that thing!' standing next to this monster. Looks like the '20s. wiki

Anyways back to the topic at hand.
This picture of the St. Maarten beach is better:
Well since no one seems to want to take it. I have a monkey...
And a question...
Top 5 movie opening scenes... (I'm thinking of something like the cold open of Knights Tale straight into an entire medieval jousting arena belting out We Will Rock You)
1. Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
...you guys can have the other four.
2) Hard Eight. I like the whole thing at the beginning where he shows the bum how to get a free room and stuff at the casino by only betting $20.
3) JFK. The opening credits are riveting.
Uh, that's all i can think of...
4. Manhattan -- The greatest opening to any movie ever.
- Branco
5) Gangs of New York. Very flawed movie, but that walk up to the surface is eerie.
Oh, and top 5 debut albums.

Holy can of worms... Ok, this isn't really in order, and I was thinking more about the impact the albums had on pop culture. I could probably create this list about 17 different ways
1) Frank Zappa: Freak Out!
2) Jimi Hendrix: Are You Experienced?
3) Dr. Dre: The Chronic
4) Nirvana Bleach
5) *rotating albums*
Dr. Dre is iffy...he had already rapped and produced 3 NWA albums by that point. Not sure if it counts.
true, i was thinking about that... but it was his first solo album and it made a pretty big impact across the industry (whereas NWA was awesome..but more polarizing).
1- Jaws
2- Contact
2- Anniversary Show 2010
3- Aliens
4- The Fly
5- The Abyss
Top 5 movies you'd like to check out but haven't because you think you won't like it.
Why would I want to watch a movie, but not want to watch a movie?
- Branco
Like if you've heard a million times that 2001: a space odyssey is supposed to be a masterpiece but some Dorkman-type people say it's slow and boring, so you never get around to watching it cause you think it'll be slow and boring.
Or maybe you read that the original Solaris is supposed to be good but then you think 'there's no way i'm watching some weird early-'70s Soviet film'.
Let me rephrase because my english not so good: Movies you heard were good but could never be bothered to check out.
I really don't have anything like that, I have tons of films that I want to see, but just haven't had the time to get around to yet. But nothing that I willing won't watch because I don't think I'll like it (Except maybe Sex and The City, but I really have no shame in that)
Top 5 movies you'd like to check out but haven't because you think you won't like it.
Schindler's List
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest
Glengarry Glen Ross
Gone With the Wind
Rebel Without a Cause
As a rule, I don't like prison movies or war movies, so Schindler's List is really daunting. And I've seen enough clips of most of these that I just think they are probably not my cup of tea.
