Topic: Sabershop.

Ryan's been busy.

Check out this shit.

Having played with a *lot* of sabers - Hasbro, ForceFX, Big Yellow Box designs and sabers hand-made by folks from Matt to Ryan - this is the ultimate in bad-ass stunt props. It's a joy to hit things with, completely solid, feels like one piece. Even the RVD2 sabers have a little bit of clatter to 'em when they hit, these absolutely don't. It's just a dead impact. Oh it's so nice.

Anyway.

Re: Sabershop.

As someone who was able to play around with the prototype, I too highly endorse this product.  (I made my first sabers by tweaking the Travis Boles method using toys gutted and modified with o-rings and washers; still a good place to start if you have no budget.)  Anyway, that prototype wasn't made from aluminium, so it was heavy, but it was very solid; like Teague said, it felt like one solid piece.  I can only imagine what a properly shaped aluminium one would feel like.  I don't have any plans for a dual in the foreseeable future, but I think I have got to have one of these.  Congrats Ryan for moving saber technology to the next level; here's hoping it's profitable enough to keep making them.

Re: Sabershop.
