Re: Suggest a movie!
If we schedule it, one of us could tackle a book each and get really deep into it.

I'm getting the feeling that Brian doesn't like this plan.
I'll be in Memphis, Brian will be on the east coast, and Dorkman will be...
He'll be gaying things somewhere, I guess. I really don't know what Dorkman does.
Chinese restaurant, right? Isn't that where those people go on Christmas?
A lot of people do that, actually. Jews, most prominently. As a Jew myself, I'll be spending Christmas at a Hibachi joint and watching Tron Legacy.

I believe Zarban was doing a rather nuanced Elena Kagan joke. I lol'd in a nuanced way.
BTW, we actually *won't* be doing another recording in 2010. We're stocked up on episodes for the holidays, so there'll still be a release every week. See you again on January 8th/9th.
Michael is my favorite again!

Oh god, now we have homework!?
This from the guy who read Moby Dick on his iPhone. You know Amazon makes a Kindle for Mac app right?
Actually, I might just read it that way myself. Link to Amazon for anyone interested.
Doctor Horrible? Might make a good bonus show.
I've advocated for Dr. Horrible, but I feel like we'd almost have to do another episode with it to justify it. Maybe the Buffy musical as a double header, but not sure how that would work with sync points.
Doctor Horrible NEEEEEEEDS to be done.
Dr. Horrible can wait. Do every single episode of Firefly.
Beldar, that picture is cracking me up.
Dr. Horrible has Commentary! The Musical. We cannot outdo Commentary! The Musical. The only winning move is not to play.
Commentary! the Musical is...awesome.
Just finished Book of Eli. Interesting flick, let's do it.

Please for the love of Joss, do not tell me you JUST found out about this.
No no.

Damn, you're smooth. Do you have to be wearing a smoking jacket to deliver a line like that?

I just got done watching Predator again for the first time in a couple years. I had planned on playing some Red Dead Redemption while listening to DiF's commentary before heading to bed but I was shocked to discover you guys haven't done one for it yet. It's the most testosterone filled movie in the history of the cinema. You have got to do a commentary for this flick. Using the search, I can see I'm not the first guy to suggest you do it:
FireFighter214 wrote:As your making you way through the Alien franchise, will you have a chance to do the Predator movies as well, eventually?
I'd second that vote.
I figured I would end the post here but I dug a little deeper with the search engine. This is what I found:
Top Gun is a maybe, haven't seen Predator but we have an excellent potential guest for that one. Contact absolutely. Haven't seen 13th Warrior, Riddick, or Crimson Tide. I think we're gonna get to Last Action Hero eventually; I was really disappointed in that movie and it's one of Trey's favorites.
haven't seen Predator
I know, right? *shakes head sadly*
I just finished watching the kevin Costner film Mr. Brooks, and it surprised me, I didn't think I was going to like it. It's an interesting take on addiction, and the chemistry between Kevin and William Hurt is very good. Let me know what you think, It might make an interesting commentary.
