They transform. Im not breaking my NDA as that is public knowledge. When youre in combat you automatically wolf out, but out of combat you can transform whenever.
Thrall becomes the new Guardian of Tirisfall and leaves Garrosh in temporary command. Again, this is also public knowledge.
As for Cairne....can't say anything.
