I didn't say anything at all about most films being entirely CG. I was talking about how the film looked. I was talking about CG but what you said about all films being in CG was not my point.

I just read on another forum a dude saying the FX in Gravity weren't all that special. Doesn't seem to matter that most of the bloody film was CG and he probably didn't even notice.

They are great for young kids due to the voices and colours and they don't even have to get a lot of the jokes in the Muppet movies until they are older.

Introduce him to The Muppets as soon as possible, especially Sesame Street, all the colours and songs and stuff are great for kids. Then let him watch the movie Follow That Bird because it is great and not enough people have seen it.

BDA- Nowt wrong with some fan service for fans of the classic series.
First- regarding the girl, The Doctor was distressed that she'd rather kill herself than be helped by a Timelord. He had tried so hard to avoid the war but ended up causing the death of an innocent anyway. He wanted to bring her back but when he couldn't, this pushed him over the edge. It's not the fact that we saw the regen (we actually, really, didn't) it was the fact that we saw WHY he chose to become the War Doctor, why he chose that path. Second- McGann only had the one movie as the Doctor but he was great, the fact that he was back was fantastic, it was a pretty big deal. I think it is great that they are re-introducing 'older' Doctors, McGann deserved more time in the role. Besides, why should 'NuWhovians' have all the fun? This is the anniversary after all

I really like Monsters Vs Aliens, it's great fun. Any animated kid's film that ends with Planet Claire by the B-52s is ok in my book.
