A friend linked this on facebook and I had to share. I have no clue where the original came from, but well, here it is.

This entire channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/Pronunciati … ture=watch

I got about halfway into Pirates 4 and literally, no joke, passed out on my keyboard. And I've just never really had any strong desire to go back and finish it. Kinda gives you an idea the level of impression it left on me, lol.

Havn't seen Super 8 yet, no real desire to either.

Watched the Tournament last night. It was a ridiculously fun little actiony flick. Not completely brainless either, which was a plus! Though, I mean really though, throw Ving Rhames, Kelly Hu and Robert Carlyle in a movie together and I'll probably be guaranteed to like it at least a bit (Ooooh gods her accent slays me)

I am of the opinion when an A list movie starlet becomes a stripper, you owe it to yourself to go see her feature dance, so you watch as the one dollar bill you throw sloooooowwwly falls onto her once proud face, now weathered by self loathing and despair as she frustratingly shakes her ass to "Kickstart My Heart."

So yeah. I'm going.

This is by and afar the best thing I've read all week. Almost makes me want to change my mind about not going. hmm

This is something that must be thought upon. Hmm.

Perhaps the best sketch video I've ever seen on the internet.

smile Give me 5 years, I should have the script done by then. (luckily I had a pretty nice breakthrough last night, so that bumped best case scenario estimation from 7 years down to 5).

I will make it happen though.

But you'd have to work faster than 6 months per shot.

I know I'm uber late in  seeing this but I felt it needed to be addressed.

Do you SERIOUSLY THINK I SPENT 6 MONTHS ON ONE SHOT!?!? TRY 40 SOME!! PLUS PRE PRODUCTION, PRODUCTION and POST...BY MYSELF!!...IN 6 FUCKING MONTHS!!!

Whew...well, I got that outta my system. Cookie anyone?

So have you ever watched a movie and wanted to:
A) Recommend it
B) Just go what the fuck was that?
C) See if you were the only one who went wtf?

But didn't really feel like it deserved it's own thread?

Well this is the place for you!

I guess I'll start.

I just watched The Ninth Gate. And while I was really digging it pretty much all the way through, (And I mean really 90's Depp directed by Roman Polanski in a supernatural mystery flick, who wouldn't) Until about the last 10 minutes when everything just go a little fucked up and then stopped and faded to white, and the credits started to roll. And I pretty much went, "I...Wait...it's over now? Gaahokay hmm"

I'm still trying to figure it out, but I think... I liked it on the whole. I don't know, the first hour and fifty is a pretty awesome mystery flick (from the director of Chinatown, gee I wonder why).

PS. We'll see how this turns out, it may just wind up as a giant tangled mess of 60 different conversations but I hope not.

EDIT: Pandorum. Not what I was expecting going in, but what I got was soooo much more freaking awesome. I loved the shit outta this one. One hell of a haunted house thriller monster movie in space. And nice to meet one of the inspirations for Ark (And if it wasn't, what the hell were you doing with your life Trey?) and finally nice to meet the Reavers we should've gotten for Serenity.

Yeah, this is pretty straightforward, actually. I was hoping to see in the click-through that there was some cool automatic software for it, but it looks like he just did a thingy. Good result, though.

Yeah, it's basically the exact same technique I did for Lily in The Wind.

In all fairness you also just described the key relationship from the first few seasons of True Blood, and they managed to handle it sooooo much more interestingly than Twilight ever could. So that dynamic really isn't at the root of the problem.

Man, I've been so out of it. The only ones I've seen on that entire page are Deathly Hallows and Muppets. And those are for best original song and Art Direction.

Does Sir Teague need actual video or will a solely vocal track work? I have a camera around here...somewhere... but by the time I find it, it might be you know...next year sometime. But I actually have a mic that I can use...so yeah.

Also hold up.... Sporks a girl? And a hot girl at that?! My world is upside down right now.
