And to add to what others have said, the teach may want to see what your blocking skills are like as well.

Bill Moseley (Fallen Angels)
and now we go back to Arnold Schwarzenegger (The Expendables)
okay, you've done UP, you've done Monsters Inc., it's time to do The Incredibles!
yes please.
is that the song in a new hope when luke is staring off to the twin suns?
since when has hollywood ever let story stop them from doing something dumb?
the scary thought to me is that all those women were susceptible to the brainwashing effects from twilight. kids and teens I expected, but not 40 year old women.
I'm glad the movies are almost done. there's only one left right?
Twilight!!? what? why? are you just pulling my chain? did Chris put you up to this??
Please, for the love of God don't do that movie!! Do Blade instead! or do Interview with a Vampire. Anything but that piece of butt turd... And yes I know what I said.
according to the first draft of the script, Wierzbowski actually had lines. His lines were the ones about cornbread and some other stuff. I think his lines ended up being given to the Frost character. That is, unless the skinny, black guy is the Wierzbowski character...
Any scripts you guys would recommend that were from badly written flicks? I'm trying to find stuff that's an example of what not to do in a movie script... For example, i would love to find the spider man 2 and spider man 3 script. That way I learn what subtext is NOT.
Would love to hear what the DIF panel has to say here.
i went searching for the script for this and just found out that Mr. Sargant will be writing a polish of the new spidey reboot... That probably means the new flick is gonna suck...
<facepalm>. Ah, crap... I forgot ya was a Scot shifty! Sorry for the slight there.

That comment makes me angry yet, oddly proud
I was actually thinking about the way you spelled "favorite". You spelled it like a Brit, which you shouldn't be angry about. So just be proud
sweet! I'm in! No work and no video shoot this weekend!
i liked this flick when it came out. And i liked the first one when it came out. But that was before I started putting movies together myself. And before I knew what story structure really is. Now I watch them and wonder what was I thinking?
Now the third one... I hated that one from the start.
Thank you Mr. Scott. I appreciate it!
anybody locate the Black Swan script? I'm at work so I can't really go into a dense interwebs search for it.
my problem with KofH was more a pacing/story issue. It just seemed boring to me, and it ran way too long; the theatrical version that is.
The Directors Cut was better in terms of story, but it still ran too long.
I had a very similar reaction to Robin Hood.
BTW, I saw Black Swan over the weekend, and thought it was an outstanding flick. You guys should consider doing the commentary thing on it once it hits DVD/BLuRay. I'm especially curious if this film fits into the category of 'perfect movie' I think it does, but I couldn't hear all the dialogue.
triumph of the will..? isn't that the Eisenstein propaganda flick?
Nevermind, googled it. Hitler Nazi praganda instead...
please don't make me watch Kingdom of Heaven again... I've wasted 6 hours of my life on that film, and that's enough. You haven't done Bladerunner yet. You need to do that one.
You guys haven't tackled anything Kurosawa yet. You guys should do Seven Samurai! Talk about some of the techniques used in that film like the axial cut.
congrats to the Dotyes ....or is it Dotyies or Dotys? anyways, congrats on having a kid, now get some sleep cause it's probably the most you'll get at one time in the next two years
Jedi was the first movie I remember seeing in theaters as a kid. I remember it because my dad took me to see it and they showed an intro to the characters before the flick that I've never seen anywhere else again.
fun times!
Taryn Anwar? wasn't that the name of the character the actress that Hanel had a thing for played?
