the scary thought to me is that all those women were susceptible to the brainwashing effects from twilight.  kids and teens I expected, but not 40 year old women.

according to the first draft of the script, Wierzbowski actually had lines.  His lines were the ones about cornbread and some other stuff.  I think his lines ended up being given to the Frost character.  That is, unless the skinny, black guy is the Wierzbowski character...

i went searching for the script for this and just found out that Mr. Sargant will be writing a polish of the new spidey reboot...  That probably means the new flick is gonna suck...

I was actually thinking about the way you spelled "favorite".  You spelled it like a Brit, which you shouldn't be angry about.  So just be proud

my problem with KofH was more a pacing/story issue.  It just seemed boring to me, and it ran way too long; the theatrical version that is. 

The Directors Cut was better in terms of story, but it still ran too long.

I had a very similar reaction to Robin Hood.

BTW, I saw Black Swan over the weekend, and thought it was an outstanding flick.  You guys should consider doing the commentary thing on it once it hits DVD/BLuRay.  I'm especially curious if this film fits into the category of 'perfect movie'  I think it does, but I couldn't hear all the dialogue.

please don't make me watch Kingdom of Heaven again... I've wasted 6 hours of my life on that film, and that's enough.  You haven't done Bladerunner yet.  You need to do that one. 

You guys haven't tackled anything Kurosawa yet.  You guys should do Seven Samurai!  Talk about some of the techniques used in that film like the axial cut.

Jedi was the first movie I remember seeing in theaters as a kid.  I remember it because my dad took me to see it and they showed an intro to the characters before the flick that I've never seen anywhere else again.
