Actually, if you categorise your audiobooks as podcasts instead, iOS will treat them much better
I'm guessing no. But it'd be a great thing if it did.
I'll have you know my favorite is still the iOS app made by Apple. It's easy on the eyes and on the system. Podcast Addict is by far the best alternative I've found on the Android side of things, but it's still not the same.
That being said, there WAS an android app made by Holden or someone for this place; unsure if it's still around, or even supports Android 4.0 and newer, as I believe it was made when 2.3 was out.
No, I meant there's no fun for me in downloading some bloated app
This solves a particular problem that I had with the main site and since the feature is broken for everyone, I'm happy to share it with the rest of the community. I don't need a zillion different podcasts, I just wanted FIYH to work
Calling this specific app bloated isn't exactly fair, but I do like what you did with the place
Well, you can resume playback, for one, you don't need to keep a browser active, or even download the episodes, as you can simply stream them.
Podcast Addict - For Android. Works like a charm.
WID.
Oh, look only capital letters!
I've done my fair share of DnD back when 3.5 were the newest rule set, playing rogues and druids, but having said that, these things take up far too much time. A session can easily take 6 hours, which I just don't have at any given time.
I won't watch it at all, because I don't care about the driving, the action or the characters, but from what I hear, it's pretty much on par with the others, even if Walker's been CG'd ontop of his brother.
As for bitching about Dialogue sucking and movies being dumb? Can we not just simply agree that some people actually talk like that and/or are dumb? Is it too much to ask? I friggin' loved Godzilla.
holy crap, a live thing whilst I'm actually awake? Awesome. I mean, it's not even evening here yet!
well, if I'd read the first post properly, than it WOULD be sarcastic
Okay, so now there's 7 suggestions for week 2, how do we settle on one?
Make it a double feature with "Born on the 4th of July" and I'm all yours, Robbie Ray.
I tried BioShock last year. The gameplay mechanics and controls just threw me right off. Couldn't stand it. and I WANTED to like this game.
Bleh.
I hear great things, though, about Infinite as well!
I'm in too.
Also, about the suggestion thing, just look at the episode suggestions board. It's not exactly clean.
Well, texturing will always be flat, so if you're going for details, fix it in the mesh. A flat texture could be good enough on a wide shot, but not on a close up.
I could possibly lay down an acoustic guitar track as well?
I took a pretty close to total one. Sigma lens, no filters of any kind, just f22, 1/4000 shutter and 50 ISO to try and make it as little hurtful to the sensor as possible.
I'll take 8 scores. Because my army needs to supersede Writhyn's.
I'm assuming you got my stuff?
American Horror Story.
Loving the hell out of the show.
For those of you not in the know, there are 4 seasons, "completely" unrelated to the last. All with new settings and new characters, with a lot of returning actors.
Latest one to air, as of writing this, was season 4, aka "Freak Show". Some very cool VFX in there as well.
I've been looking into the same, recently. Although, for the TV room. My idea was to step down from 50" to 46", and add a projector instead.
Ultimately, though, it's more of a hassle than a pleasure.
You need a good projector, a screen, and you'll need to make sure the lightbulbs are easy to come by.
...not to mention you need a sound system.
I remember playing the Arcade version back in '00. It was amazing.
In other news;
Picked up a copy(if you use that term for a digital download) of GTAV. Again. I own it on PS3, and had plans to play it online, that were foiled when the game was, like all other games, not ready for online play. The servers had issues for weeks getting it even up and running at a semi-enjoyable rate, and even then, it was full of bugs and constant lag.
A friend of mine has been playing it ever since, and even got a PS4 with the game right when the PS4 version came out. Naturally, he's been nagging me to play it ever since.
With news of Heists finally coming to online(A really cool Co-Op mode that was supposed to be available on the PS3 launch) yesterday, I figured I'd give it another go.
And now I'm hooked. Not only are the graphics improved, the online mode in general is pretty rad. You can play on your own online if you like, and still partake in missions with friends or foes, and just do your thing. I guess the only annoyance I have with it right now, is players that just set out to find you and kill you. Just for the hell of it. And then repeatedly do so until you challenge them to a 1-on-1 deathmatch, decline that and exit.
If anybody here are PS4 players, let me know, and add my PSN ID: tomellingsen. I'm usually playing online these days, up until yesterday primarily Last Of Us Remastered, but I've got a feeling I'll be playing a lot more GTAO now.
