2. Eddie takes Maroon's gun
3. (not on screen) Eddie leave real gun in his car and takes toon gun
4. Roger steals Eddie's car and meets Bennie
Pay off: Roger: (holding gold gun) I'm gonna save my wife!      Bennie: Be careful with that gun this ain't no cartoon you know!   Later: Roger point's REAL gun at Doom.

First kind is "oh I see a UFO"

Second kind is physical evidence: burns, fallen trees, ect

Third kind is contact

EDIT: Also, a few other kinds have since been added

Fourth kind is Abduction

and I think there are, but i can't remember what what they are,  5 & 6.

EDIT 2: from Wikipedia:
Fifth Kind: communication (usually through telepathy)
Sixth Kind: injury or death
Seventh Kind: Mating

However, 4-7 are not a part of the original scale.
