Kidding aside though, I was completely underwhelmed by Capaldi's brief performance. Tennant's first few seconds were great, Smith's were amazing, but Capaldi's was more like "What are we filming today? Doctor Who? Alrite, mate, I'll give it a go".

Transcendence looks pretty cool.
We're not big on commentaries, really. We only know so much about the actual films, and Percy Jackson isn't a topic either one of us are really interested in. As for Jack Ryan, all I've got on that subject is that Chris Pine is too young to portray him.
I'm sure we'll find something for you to participate in in 2014. We've a huge list of topics that we need to get started on anyway
I didn't know about the codes, and therefore don't have a single one. I suck.
Tee hee! Travelling Matt
I don't love the film as much as SG-1, though. But that I do love.
Cloud atlas is one of the films I wouldn't dare watch whilst being high.
Having not read a single page of it, my votes go directly to the films, disregarding anything they might've left out from the books.
1. Prisoner of Azkaban
2. Half Blood Prince
3. Deathly Hallows A
4. Deathly Hallows B
5. Philosopher's stone
6. Order of the Phoenix
7. Goblet of Fire
8. Chamber of Secrets
I'd continue the discussion, but Extended Edition goes live in 2 hours, and I don't want to spoil ALL the fun
No. She used her own regeneration energy to heal Smith, she didn't give him spare ones.
There's a few rumours revolcing Matt Smith's pending exit now, that I find a bit intriguing.
It enlists the Doctor's lives in this order
1. Bill Hartnell
2. Pat Throughton
3. Jon Pertwee
4. Tom Baker
5. Peter Davison
6. Colin Baker
7. Sylvester McCoy
8. Paul McGann
9. John Hurt
10. Chris Eccleston
11. David Tennant
12. David Tennant
13. Matt Smith
So why is this intriguing, and why is Tennant listed twice?
Well, think about it. They've gone ahead and made Hurt's War Doctor count. Sure, he apparently isn't "The Doctor", but the "War Doctor", but this incarnation should still count as one life. Or regeneration. But then there's Tennant x2. This isn't the Meta-crisis Doctor, but rather the regeneration from "The Stolen Earth" that was induced by a Dalek. Tennant regenerated, but used his own DNA to make it seem like a healing effect instead.
Thus making Smith the 13th and final Doctor, unless he's somehow given some extra lives.
Now, if Tennant and Hurt don't count, then neither should Pertwee, as his Doctor is enforced onto Throughton by the time lords.
SPOILEROkay, why does everyone keep talking about his face?! An old face, that face, wrinkled face, a face for all ages bring the kids and buy some popcorn, wth is this obsession with his face?!
Listen close.
Just watched "An Adventure in Space and Time".
Wow. Just wow. That was some of the best television I've seen. David Bradley performed brilliantly, and as far as I can tell, they did Hartnell, and the show, justice.
Happens every time I try and upload them. Oddly enough, when I test the links myself, they work splendidly.
Episode 30! In which we continue WHOvember by discussing our favorite episodes, doctor moments... and silly stuff.
Hey, guess what? NEW EPISODE! Extended Edition Episode 29 - The Night Of The Doctor
*Jimmy's not in this one either, technically, but it's all kinds of geekdom and fanboy-jizz.
Time and the Rani is a McCoy adventure. The sisterhood of Karn are the keepers of the light. Or, rather, the elixir of life.
I work at the largest electronics retail in Scandinavia. We get a few deals every now and then
Got it for $12.99 On Blu-Ray, with 2 discs of bonus material. Oh yeah.
Super Star Wars series was awesome, without a doubt.
As for a date, I don't have one yet. We're still plowing through Whovember, and then we're pre-recording Xmas stuff. This might be after new years, but I'm airing who's ready and willing
BDA: It's a classic era fan service. If all you've seen is NuWho, then you probably won't get why this is a big deal. Karn, and its sisterhood is also featured in "The Brain of Morbius" from Tom Baker's era.
Aural: It makes sense to name him the War Doctor. He's still himself, but more of a warrior. Plus, if all Time Lords had a single worded name, you'd start to run out after a while. The Stairmaster. The Ladle. The Edge. The Rock. And so forth.
We'll be doing some more gaming editions soon. We're kicking that off with talking for an hour or 90 minutes about Star Wars games. Any takers for seats?
Yep. That happened. I nearly choked on my lunch, and almost peed my pants. This, people, is how surprises should be done.
So, um, yeah, this looks good.
You just figured this out now?
