Apparently you guys are getting complacent.
I should actually ban someone now to give some weight to my threats.
Wait, why were you banning everyone? Some of us were defending Bacon and Cage......
Travolta fan, are you, Holden?

Travolta fan, are you, Holden?
And despite Zarban's theory, I am way more scared of Cage than Travolta.
Yup. Nic Cage ate a live cockroach (or a few) for a film role. Travolta sang 'Sandy'.
No contest
I had to IMDB to see what Cage is up to. Seriously, I haven't seen him in a movie in I don't know how long.
Really? Dude, you and I watch totally different movies-
Listen to the way announcer guy says Cage's name, it's awesome.
I have the original Footloose on Blu Ray, it has a Kevin Bacon commentary!
I can only assume that this stems from a desire to see Kevin Bacon be awesome in TV, because I cannot fathom wanting him to stay out of the movies.
And he is awesome in The Following, he's full of awesome in my opinion
(and I don't hate Nic Cage either, there is always room in the world for an OTT Cage performance)
Kevin Bacon needs to stay the fuck out of movies.
I like Kevin Bacon, so he can be in as many as he likes as far as I'm concerned.
I only watched half of Rango. I didn't hate it, I didn't love it but I stopped it to do something else and just haven't went back to it yet. *shrug*
Just imagine when Kevin Bacon's horrible secret gets out! That's dude's connected to EVERYONE!
You hush your mouth! Kevin Bacon is our saviour!!!!!!
Or, at least that is what the advertising for The Following has taught me. And advertising wouldn't lie!
I can't get no love.
Aww, dude, you know I listen to your show but I included Sofa Dogs in my last line as I only listen to the commentaries of films I've seen. My amended list-
Film Sack
The Morning Stream
Autopilot
How Did This Get Made?
The Flop House (liking this better than HDTGM these days)
The Empire Magazine Podcast
Mark Kermode Film Podacst
BBC Radio 4 Friday Night Comedy
Welcome to That Whole Thing
Sofa Dogs (if it's a film I've seen)
Nerd Fight
Nerdist and Writer's Panel (if the subject appeals to me)
Afterbuzz Tv (various shows)
Various comms on Zarban if it's a film that interests me,
Seriously, this is how it plays out:
SPOILERKIDS: Aslan, we don't want to be sent home like we are at the end of every adventure.ASLAN: Don't worry, instead of transporting you here magically like the business with the wardrobe, I did it this time by killing you all in a train crash. You're all staying forever!
KIDS: YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!
It is ridiculous. If I read that as a kid, I wouldn't have batted an eyelid but if I read it now, that would have irked me somewhat.
I've only seen the first film. I've never really gotten over how massively twisted the ending of that series is.
Having never read the books, I just read a synopsis of The Last Battle and the first thing that came to my mind? 'Fuuuuuuuuuck offfffff!'
I actually made a 'squee' sound at that Predator/Terminator one. That does not look like a safe place to stand in that second one, though....
That's why I like this one the best so far...
I hadn't seen this one until now, it's awesome
He was great as Ethan Rayne, it's a shame we only saw him four times. It would have been cool if he turned up to piss Giles off more often. The character appeared in the comics, novels and one of the video games, though.
Everyone seen this fan made poster? There are obviously many kicking about but this is my favourite.
Giachinno is as big a Star Wars fan as Abrams apparently and he already scored Star Tours: The Adventures Continue so the chances are good.
Ok, I'll admit that is is not the best by any means but it is still impressive. It's from the Protector and it's a near 4 minute one-er of a fight scene. Not that impressive you may say, but 'ah' I respond 'it takes place on more than one floor of a building'. I'm not explaining it well, just watch. This is the full film but dubbed in Italian and it starts at 40:20. Parts of the fight choreography could be better but I still like the overall scene -
Didn't it happen today?
Need to get your memory checked dude, think you need a tune up.
I think you need to remember timezones, bud
The whole live show went from Sunday to Monday for me
They're making a TV mini-series of Under The Dome to be shown during the Summer. It probably won't be any good. It is being developed by comic book writer Brian K. Vaughan, though so I may give it a shot.
Or I could read the book.
There's an episode of the Simpsons about Lisa meeting new friends on a family vacation, entitled Summer of 4 Ft. 2. Thought that was a cute title.

I don't blame you for thinking that. The current writers and animators make jabs at how bad it used to be every once in a while.
Well, to be fair, they were considered to be cartoons for girls in the 80s, MLP especially. Now the episodes are written to appeal to both sexes and use humour more. Back then, it wasn't really a case of it being bad (a lot of kids liked it) it was more a case of 'can't watch that, it's for girls'. That' s not the case now.
Just noticed that they have changed the song from the original version of that episode. Where you hear the Ghostbusters theme during the train scene, it should have been this-
Odd.
When I was a nipper, I was a fan of The A-Team and I was excited when I discovered back then there was a cartoon starring Mr. T as himself. I remember it being shown on a Saturday morning in the UK and I sat in front of our big-ass chunky TV in my Spider-Man pyjamas anxiously waiting for what I could only imagine to be the best cartoon ever.........and it was glorious.
Ok, now I know it's not the best cartoon ever, I felt that way about everything when I was a kid. Well, except stuff like Care Bears and *whispers* My Little Pony.... It seemed as though in the 80s and 90s, everyone had an animated show. Either people (the aforementioned Mr. T) to shows based on R rated movies such as this-
My favourite cartoon of all time, though, is one also based on a more family friendly movie.....
Lamer & Jimmy: I can't! I still have to finish Invader Zim.
I can't watch more than one series at a time. I start forgetting things and just get confused.
Well, watch it after then......

Stop whatever you're doing and go watch it right now!
This, this, this!
