I received the following reply to my question about some pretty specific CrossFit workouts.

David,

Unfortunately our system doesn't support workouts as specific as that.

But I do want to note that just because our system isn't optimized for CrossFit (yet), that doesn't mean our users are curl bros smile. The vast majority focus on barbell compound movements, Olympic lifts, cardio, sports, etc.

I'm looking at your weight work, and then at my scrawny arms, and wondering if I'm doing the right kind of stuff  neutral

I'm testing how effective handbraking the PAL DVD using NTSC framerates will be.

Aye, part of our training in the CFA is search and rescue in pitch black, or with blacked out masks.

May I suggest the folks doing commentary hang out a little on Skype a bit before going to record? That way you can work out any technical issues and see how everyone's personalities mesh?

I am of the opinion when an A list movie starlet becomes a stripper, you owe it to yourself to go see her feature dance, so you watch as the one dollar bill you throw sloooooowwwly falls onto her once proud face, now weathered by self loathing and despair as she frustratingly shakes her ass to "Kickstart My Heart.

Except this stripper's name is George. And he has a neck beard.

I think this idea works better once the format change is in place, and the kids are regularly reviewing current films rather than oldies-but-goodies.

Perhaps DiF could give it's awards irrespective of the Oscar nominations? I'd take much more notice of the five best musicals as voted by the panel than anything the academy came up with. The community here has enough experience and audacity to lead rather than follow.

There could be trophies, with gilt edges and everything, sent to the respective production companies (as you saw fit and donations allowed).
