Fan commentators sometimes get together over Skype for commentary collaborations. I've done the same with my commentary podcast a few times with other commentators I've found on Zarban. It's quite enjoyable. Have any members of DIF ever thought of doing a collaboration in this fashion?
Recently I listened again to your 2001 commentary. Good work guys. Have you ever thought of doing 2010?
Like Independence Day I was kinda dismissive of Titanic. And wrongly so. So much effort was put into this flick and it definitely shows on the screen. DIF reminded me of that fact and I'm glad they did. They made me appreciate this movie. This has become one of my favorite commentaries too.
I just listened to this one again and I was reminded how much I loved it. I posted on Zarban's site on how much I liked it but I wanted to let you guys know directly. You're love for the movie changed my thoughts on it entirely. Honestly, I was a bit dismissive of the movie--focusing too much on the cheese. But I kinda dig it now.

I still can't find anything for Galaxy Quest. Sorry dude. But I'm not giving up or anything. But I did just watch the trailer for The Core and he did say "star trek" tapes.

I had the same feeling in regard to that scene. I had a memory of them speaking english in the trailer saying something like "let's hit it with a rock." But in the movie it's subtitled.
Cool show guys. But I have a question about the movie...
In the movie the D.J. Qualls character says "I'm gonna need an unlimited supply of Xena tapes and hot pockets..." but I remember something different in the trailer. In the trailer I remember him saying "Okay. I'm gonna need 'Star Trek' tapes and hot pockets." Have I just remembered this wrong? Or was it simply a different take from the scene that they didn't use?
Star Trek 3 - The Search for Spock. I've always felt it needed more attention. It's a good flick.
