Saffron is great stuff, but yeah use in small amounts.
Fun fact: saffron was so rare it used to be used to pay of debts

A bit tart. I was light on the lemon juice, though, but the clementine might be responsible. I may need to add some more honey.

Yeah, Saffron is no joke. Some chef's won't even touch the stuff.
