Someone doing an iRiff of Zardoz has reminded me this is a movie you guys should really take a look at Hell, it's about time you did some John Boorman in general. The idea that the same guy that did Zardoz also did Deliverance and Excalibur...

Zardoz teaches such important life lessons..

"The gun is good. The penis is evil. The penis shoots seeds, and makes new life to poison the Earth with a plague of men, as once it was, but the gun shoots death, and purifies the Earth of the filth of brutals. Go forth . . . and kill!"

that's just good science

Absolutely makes sense, it's how I try to live my life.

...crazy. We were going to do that one this weekend, but had to re-schedule.

I have a suggestion on a movie you should never do.  Never do The Spirit.  That movie... Oh. MY. GOD  what  a waste that one is.  Makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.  I think Frank Miller finally lost his marbles...

ever thought of doing Moulin Rouge?  It's sorta a musical, with one of the strongest opening sequences I've ever seen.

And you should also do the animated Batman Mask of the Phantasm, just to compare what Bruce Timm and friends were doing to the slow decline of the live action franchise.
