Awww, sorry BDA.
(damn my man-crush on Tennant, making me apologise to you despite it not being my fault )
The Wonder Hospital.
I first saw this last year at a local Siggraph short film animation festival thing, and I'm still not quite sure what the hell to make of it. But I know we need more stuff like it.
I had never heard of this film before so I looked it up. I thought his character was just a quirky dickhead at first but according to Wiki, he is in the early stages of Alzheimer's! That whole clip was a load of 'what the fuck'?
And I'm pretty sure you see his willy in the shower scene. Something I could have lived happily without ever seeing, if I'm being honest.
I'd never heard of it either and I was sort of interested in watching it, until it showed you the end!
daaaaaamn
Anyone who knows about my obsession with Starkid will understand why this turns me into a giddy little schoolboy.
I like this guy
Why the Ending of 'Star Wars' is Secretly Kind of Dumb.
Can't say I'm a fan of the america fuck yeah ending, cause this so much bigger than that, but the rest is great.
(Yes I do know what preaching to the converted is, but if you need it, here it is)
Putting this here for those who didn't back the project. (shame on you)
..but they're still accepting donations so you can watch the whole thing
The Sarcastic Fringehead
Also known as the OMGKILITKILLITWITHFIRE!!!
Also also known as the, "Well, we always knew the predators had to descend from something."
I love underwater life so a couple more.
I'm in awe that a relationship this complex and harmoniously beneficial just emerges naturally in the wild.
The shots from inside the swarm just don't look real, it's stunning.
And one of my personal favorites.

Fish eye camera mounted above the steadicam during the last shot of Hugo.
Balls of solid steel:
Jump from a mile up with a wingsuit instead of a parachute. Landed on cardboard boxes.
Described landing as "comfortable" and "soft".
Wingsuit flying is still the thing at the very top of my to do list once I'm rich.
Have you seen Grinding The Crack? Guy soaring down a mountain at ridiculous speeds usually no more than about 1-6 meters off the surface.
