Topic: Non-Stop With Liam Neeson

Did anyone else think this movie was actually pretty good? Maybe it's because I'm not as prolific a movie watcher as many residents of this forum, but I was on the edge of my seat quite a bit.
I thought it was pretty good for a movie about Liam Neeson finding someone and killing them, and pretty good on the medium-level emotional stuff. Am I alone?

Nope, it's surprisingly alright. Still real dumb, but watchable. Which is a trend for director Jaume Collet Sera.
Check out Orphan, his badass "evil child" movie with Vera Farmiga for a similar surprise.
Also his last movie with Neeson, "Unknown", is also a solid action flick.

Re: Non-Stop With Liam Neeson

This movie was great. Very smart take on public mistrust of law enforcement, especially relevant given recent events. I don't 100% agree with its politics, but I like that it chooses to take on this viewpoint without pandering to the right-wing too hard.

And it's also a lot of fun. I think people had a reflexive instinct to dismiss this movie as just dumb action nonsense, which is too bad.

I liked it, even though I can't remember the name of it and I keep forgetting it exists. Which is kinda a problem.
