Topic: Making Film Releases?

Hey guys, so as I'm going into serious preproduction on my short film series, I just realized I have no idea how to draft up a model/location release for my own work, as I've never had to deal with that before.

Does anyone have any resources/tips for drafting up basic, general actor and location releases?

Got a few pages of it in a book here, I can scan it in the morning if ya want. Not sure how up to date it is, think the book is from the late nineties.

stick 'film location release form' into google and you'll find a mountain of them
