Ha! The candle is actually not a feature of this rig, usually. I brought that over at the end of the last live session so could stack my microphone up on something.
See, usually the green mic is in the "nice" mic stand off to the left, with the pop filter... but for "talking at the Mac laptop" purposes, I need to put the mic on the other side of the piano, so it gets put on the little gooseneck stand for these live computer sessions. But then — with the mic on the gooseneck stand — it was too short for me to stand/sing at the piano, so I put it on the candle to make it taller.
And then I didn't put the candle back where I found it, because I'm messy.
This brings us to the present.

Gonna finally properly watch the streams tomorrow, but I may as well ask now since Teague was worried about forgetting people--Teague, did you receive my submission when I sent it in?
Also, just from skimming through said streams, holy hell we have a lot of talent in this place. 
It's almost as if we all do creative stuff for a living or something.

There is a soap shop in Newcastle, where the soaps all look like big wheels of cheese. Everytime I pass it, I get a little hungry.

Considering I recorded my part as a full a capella arrangement... (Not nearly as nice as this. If I knew any audio mixing I'd probably release just my stuff on my own at this point, but still.)
Any word on resurrecting this?

Huh... gives me some motivation to actually finish my part on my own.
Today is not that day. I just sorta had everything synced and gave it a listen. Kinda like the babble at the start, same dynamic as an orchestra tuning up.
Eventually I'll clean up audio, balance it, and give it some light panning. Anything past that is beyond me.

OHHHHH-kayyyy, here we go. Did what minimal audio processing I could do (mostly bass and teble boost to the appropriate tracks, and another boost that I found recommended somewhere online that I liked) and then video editing.
Wish I hadn't sung it that high but whatever, you edit the four year old performance you have, not the one you want.
