I think I figured it out. It tried to add the old Oxygen theme back in as the default, which was fubared because I've modified the styles so much.

Deleted it, should default back to dif_default now.

Image macros and some registration stuff aside, my forums look exactly the same (on three different devices, even), than they did before.
