I assume there isn't a Dunkin Donuts near you, Eddie. So I'll be bringing the best coffee in all the land.

Word to the wise: a Box o' Joe fits perfectly in the overhead bin. If you can run faster than the TSA.

How about an Amazon wish list or something? We all know your shipping address already.

I have a few hours tomorrow and Friday, and I had two native german language teachers throughout high school. I think I could manage Gustav's part.

Do not question the Dave [may his cooling fans never be dusty]. He is the video bringer and lord of lords. I would encode his Gigs upon my flesh were he only to request it of me, or upon yours!

Circa summer of 1993 I had learned a few things in 3D Studio, and thought I should be the guy to animate The Hobbit. Somewhere I have a lip-synced speech from the pile of gold also, but I've not tripped over it in a decade or so.

iJim is a Mac user, so probably a pro-res file that will require a mac solution.

My Dropbox uploads have all synced up.

This is the one I linked in post 26:

Here are the other 3 files:

From my limited sampling (n=3) I don't get the sense that Asylum has really pushed the T&A until their more recent work. PoM appears it could be part of that trend.

Dave, you are a deity among mere mortals.

...and I'll upload whereever you want. I think my stuff is 'missing' because in the past I've just put the files in my dropbox (at least 4 times now  wink   ). Here's one like that, 4 hours til it syncs. It's WMV encoded, but I can re-encode at your whim. I have 3 more besides that one.

Make that a thing. Dark Crystal didn't make my three childhood/adolescent whatever lists for the simple reason that is scared the shit out of me and I didn't even want to thnk about it again until after high-school. Freakin' scary puppets man, worse than clowns.

Totally, Rob! I'd pull the funnies and the TV guide section out of the newspaper every Sunday and read the whole listing of every movie scheduled that week. When I went away to college I became known as the guy to who could (and would compulsively) name-that-movie just by walking into (or past) the TV room and catching a glimpse of a given scene. MPAA and star-ratings on demand were also part of the services I provided.  cool

My old man drove filthy toyotas.  big_smile

Same here, I had to visit friends to see or do anything that wasn't currently being broadcast...and I lived in farm country several miles from the nearest subdivision. VCR came in around 1990 (age 16-ish), never had cable in my parents' place. If I wanted to see a movie more than once, I'd better just stay in the theater and wait for the next show.
