Well, they've been getting less funny and less seemingly revolutionary as time goes on. Funny is subjective, I guess, and revolutionary is largely due to him trying not to repeat himself but there being only a finite number of things you can say about the way a movie should be made. (lol dif lol) That said, I liked it. My preference for them is in chronological order, but I'm quite glad this one wasn't filled with the subplot of Plinkett's victim.
