I got in to Doctor Who not too long before the new series started back in 2005 by watching random stories from each Doctor. But for a newcomer I would suggest starting at either Christopher Eccleston or Matt Smith.

His rendition of the BBC News theme gets me every time.

Looking though his IMDb has made me realise how old I'm Alan Patridge is! If anybody is a fan of British comedy and they've yet to check it out, then do so.

I really don't get the hate for The Long Game...then again, it's been a while since I watched it.

Whilst it isn't the best, I do really enjoy McGann's Doctor and I wish he had the chance to do a proper series.

I love that video, hope I get the chance to go to one of the Doctor Who proms someday.

@Teague - Martha is certainly my least favourite out of the new series companions, I don't hate her though. Although I am interested what makes her your favourite?

@Invid - Can't say I was too fond of the E-Space trilogy, although I may need to give them a watch again. I'm also a fan of Adric, but I think he works much better with Tom than Peter.

I've had no internet for a week, which has been a bit of a bummer. But I did manage to get some spacey stuff done...sort of. I couldn't get my practical space scene working well at all, so I ended up making some stuff out of foil....yeah, what a step down!

My job basically consists of cutting up foil, so I started using the excess to make little things here and there. Sadly my phone has broke, so I couldn't snap any pictures - but I made an X-Wing, TIE Fighter and an alien from...Alien. I've kept them stashed away, so hopefully I'll be able to snap some pics up next week.

@BDA - I'm fine with that, Harry Potter it is!

One of my favourite companion combo's has always been the original: Susan, Barbara and Ian. Susan's exit still gets to me.

I actually quite like this version with the Doomsday score added to it.

Well, it's deadline day and I never really got to do what I had planned. I wanted to do a practical space scene like what I did above, but y'know...in motion and with a toy spaceship.

His Facebook post on it has 42 likes already, hopefully at least one person will back it! I've sent the link to a few more people/websites too.

Just spent a good bit of time plugging and asking people to plug the Kickstarter page, so hopefully it's of some help! I'm also down for the vfx stuff as well.
