I advertise the March 10 event in my sig in another forum- http://www.empireonline.com/Forum/tm.asp?m=3304608 (tenth post down). I've advertised DiF that way for the past year.  Plus, I've got a cool accent and I love you. big_smile

So, can you change mine to Great Scot!, please? (the one 't' is intentional)

I'm disappointed that Roger Rabbit lost out in being in the final six. The overall list is good, though even if I don't really care about listening to a Kick-Ass one because I like that film big_smile

No, James Horner is definitely your Surrogates.

This is true. Horner even rips himself off on a regular basis  big_smile

Not at all - many folks have said the last episodes of the season showed a sudden improvement in quality.  I have no argument to make either way, since I've only seen the two versions of the pilot episode.

The series overall was dire but the last couple of episodes are pretty good. Shit actully happens, for a start and said shit gets real. There's an interesting set up for season 2 and the stakes seem more real (someone that isn't an extra actually dies).

Plus, a T-Rex is let loose in the future! Sure, it never gets out of the building where the time machine is, but still, it gets to eat bad people, so it's still cool big_smile

She does have a great pair though. Natural too.....(rushes to watch the clip online....)

I do agree with you, the film is beyond bad.

Yeah, it stops for me too at the 2 hrs, 2 mins and 15 seconds mark just as Eddie is saying something. Is the film finished by then?

The Friday the 13th reboot is shite, I agree, but Julianna Guill has a nice pair of....ummmm.....eyes.....   roll

Can't wait to listen to this, I will do when I get home. I'm going to listen to along with the Blu Ray. It's tied favourite with Undiscovered Country for me.

Montalban is freakin' awesome as Khan. Him and his chest.

I sort of liked Red State, I guess. I think Smith has become a massive douche, though. I don't even listen to his Smodcasts any more.

rtambree, three of the films you picked aren't in the list on page one smile

Stand By M
Bond spin-off/prequel starring Carey Mulligan as a young M as she struggles to be a woman in a man's job. It's a comedy.

Wayne's Word
Sort of a more serious take on Liar Liar. Ryan Gosling (he's hot at the moment, right?) plays a man who is cursed by an old gypsy woman after he runs over her dog. He then finds that he can't lie in fear of his head exploding. Spawned a less entertaining sequel.

The West Win
Cowboys Vs Ninjas. Title sort of gives the end away. Or does it?

A Fish Called Wand
Kid's film about some children who find a magical fish. They call it 'Wand' if only so it can fit in this game

Buffy The Vampire Layer.....

An oldie and not much of a goodie but it fits in with the rules of the game and needs no explanation. Although, thinking about what actually happens in the show, this is also accurate. Damn, I'm crap at this game big_smile

1. Lethal Weapon
2. Unforgiven
3. Who Framed Roger Rabbit
4. Transformers 3
5. Batman Returns
6. The Last Airbender ( I've never seen it but I do it for Mike and Quimby big_smile)

I think the anniversary idea is a great one. I am not a LOTR fan but as I have mentioned many times before, we can't all like the films you guys do the comms for. You have already recorded comms for some of my favourite films, so I'm good (BTTF was a fantastic surprise, it made my Christmas, that and the Marvel Comics PJ's I got big_smile).

My suggestions-

Any Muppet movie
Who Framed Roger Rabbit
Star Trek II: Wrath of Khan
Transformers 3 (just to finish the epic trilogy big_smile)

I would also love to hear one for something like Commando or Predator but there isn't really much you can get into with films like that.
