Talk about Satan, it is almost inevitable that someone mentions the other guy and with the other guy comes religion. Fireproof posted the escalated gif after my post which did not mention religion, hence the question.

Yeah, Invid pretty much hit the nail on the head. Religious discussions on the Internet usually don't end well. At all.

Actually found an interesting article on io9.com discussing bad pregnancies. Rosemary's baby get's mentioned, for pretty obvious reasons.

There was no escalation, though, mountain out of a mole hill. There was no malice or spite on my side therefore no argument. There is no proof, that is not a lie, just as those who believe would say there is no proof that he doesn't. Also, I wasn't the first to mention God, therefore I was not the first to mention religion, I just gave my opinion which I am perfectly entitled to do but I dd so in a jokey manner. The thing about the internet is that you just can't gage someone's intentions correctly via text. Gifs on the other hand....
So, yeah, Rosemary's Baby, that's a thing. Haven't seen it in years and have yet to listen to this commentary, I'll need to get on that at some point

You are perfectly entitled to your opinion. I was just amused by the fact that it did escalate from devil God, God does not exist...that was the tangent.

Fireproof- that is fine, I understand that but what I am saying is- there is no debate to be had, it was a flippant remark, a tangent, something I have done many times before. If you engaged in a debate, I would not have responded. Well, a debate about God, I should add as we are obviously having some kind of debate. Also, I have been sarcastic and jokey throughout this entire conversation while still making my point. It could be going a lot worse.

I saw Rosemary's Baby on TV recently and I'm pretty sure that the controversial flashback to Satan's eyes (when Rosemary sees the baby for the first time) wasn't there. Maybe I just blinked and missed it... but I'd prefer to think that it was an improved cut of the movie.
