Was going to pose this as a question: is it used to keep liquid cold, like a thermos, but answer#11 says it only has a single purpose and thermos's keep things both cold AND hot, which is two, right ?! - so I'm NOT going to waste the final question.

I am confounded by its having "internal varieties", and that you can "suck on it to make it work". Also, by it being "not exactly" a glass. I'm hoping it's some kind of weird, Californian beverage dildo, so I have an excuse for not getting it. Note that this is not a question.
