EDIT: By the way, if anyone's curious, the music from the LOOPER trailer is "Fight for Freedom" by Position Music. Track 05. Good stuff on that site for fans of trailer music, and you may recognize some other tracks too. (For example, the modern-style trailer for 2001 used "Tactical Dominance," track 02.)

This looks interesting and violent. Nice combo, huh? Anyway, there is a trailer for the trailer before the trailer hmm

Also, I watched the trailer for The Call starring Halle Berry and Abigail Breslin and I'm pretty sure I saw the entire movie in under three minutes including a plot point they probably shouldn't have given away.....

I'll be honest, mooooostly here for the Olivia Wilde, but the fact that the rest of the movie looks pretty solid is a nice bonus.


Real magic in the 21st century with Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine, Woody Harrellson, Mark Ruffallo and Jesse Eisenberg. Um, yes please.

I think, just to speculate, its because it isn't really like baseball but about history and the struggles of being the first black guy in baseball. I don't think the baseball is the emphasis so much as the historical moment.

The movie by many accounts is the cheesy, lame biopic you would expect, but I think the trailer is extremely well-cut.

My bigger issue, also not having read the book, is based on that trailer, this is not a very interesting sci-fi story, looks like a crappy Hunger Games type kids movie. There's probably a very good reason this hasn't been adapted up till now. Also, it looks totally bland visually, and the trailer doesn't help any by forcing Harrison Ford to do gawdawful narration while flashing Academy Award nominee in front of every cast member to try to tell us we should care.
