Topic: Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs

I screwed up and sent Matt the episode for him to show-note-ify and PAL-ify without noticing that we actually had to re-unpause on this one, and it's a lot of work he's already done that I'm not gonna make him tweak just because I'm an idiot. (Usually when this happens, the remote doesn't quite aim right and the "play" command doesn't go through, and the first one gets edited out so you only hear the second, "proper" three two one unpause.)

So, I apologize for the double-unpause, and we can blame me for everyone's personal problems as well. My bad folks.

So, my little brother likes this movie, and I watched it with him once. However, the way my little brother watches movies is this: He picks a random language setting, then starts crazily skipping around till he finds a bit he likes, then watches it again and again and again (and again and again...) before moving on and starting the process over again. So, I'm quite familiar some with parts of this movie, though only sometimes know what they were saying, haven't even seen other parts, and have no idea what order all these pieces go in. I am now going to go listen to the commentary and see if I can makes sense of things.

Did the viewing when this was recording.  Started relistening to it tonight and Trey darn near killed me.  If you're driving, listen to the beginning BEFORE you hit the road.  By the time Trey gets to "banana" I was laughing so hard I could barely drive.

P.S. Which commentary was it that mentioned a reality show with Charles Manson and a group of scheming competitors trying to stay in the "Mansion"? Was it The Frighteners? As soon as that drops and I can go back and listen to the details, that will be my next piece for Down in Front.

Just listened. Good work! This was fun! This was a great little movie with terrific casting and nice tight script.
