I agree.
Hold all the fabric of your shirt as tightly as you can so nothing at all is dangling, anywhere, and "spin" through it at speed, keeping your torso as parallel to the ground as you can, aiming to thread the needle at the most comfortable empty space in the fence.
This is something that can go very wrong, obviously, but that's how ya do it.
Favorite story for me is either the whole storyline involving the Silence, or the two-parter Silence in the Library.
Favorite regeneration is between 10 and 11, because it makes me cry like a little girl who stubbed her toe.
As for rubbish, I'm not totally up on what other Doctor Who fans think about what, but it's my understanding that few people like Martha, and she might be my favorite companion.
...well, that sounds dandy. Would anyone be interested in it?
Bear in mind, we can't do a perfect commentary for just any movie, so there'd be virtually no guarantee of quality in a system like that.
God, that annoys the hell out of me.
I was very excited when I learned how to use the "pan-" prefix.
Wow. Nifty.
'Cept me.
Having seen the last installment of P5, I - as a long-time fan, even before knowing Trey - was impressed and satisfied. I hope this KS goes through, because there's good stuff waiting to be finaled.
Oh, it got chills out of me both times.
Or maybe in the Nolanverse, the Batman logo is like the Fibonacci sequence and just kinda appears everywhere naturally.
No?
Nothing?
Alright, I'll let myself out.
It's something they say about the '60s.
"If you remember the 1960s, you weren't there."
Or Woodstock, or whatever.
I ain't skurred.
Dive in and teach it, shit. That's what the internet is for.
I like TheGreg.
Welcome to the forum, sir!
At the time, even having not seen it, it seemed like everyone hated this movie.
But the more I hear here and there from folks, it seems more like 50/50.
What did you think?
I love this man so much sometimes.
They're commentaries. But we should have Twister and speed around just in case we need to fill time.
The first time I saw it, I was a bit underwhelmed and disappointed. Just saw it again, and noticed a few things I had missed before, and also just enjoyed it. Much better for me the second time through, the stuff we're talking about here didn't bug me too much.
What did bug me was Bane's voice. Not the effect, the mix. I'm willing to buy that he's a crazy Batman villain and his voice is all Darth Vadery, but it never once sounds like a guy over there with a weird distorty voice amplifier. It always sounds like people in a room that we're listening to, and one guy who's voice is plugged directly into our ears. I think I would have been almost half-again as on board if he sounded "right."
Yessir.
Next weekend, not sure what day yet, we're doing Twister and Speed.
But, little girl? Doesn't seem to be an actress? Who... what... *Calvin squinchy confused face*
A. Awesome, see the work, etc..
B. I'll bite. What the fuck am I looking at with this. Who's she, what's going on, why. Huh?
Wow. I super-love Pi, but now Pi seems boring.
Watch this if you, like me, are an idiot and never learned this in school or didn't pay attention or suck at remembering things. Also watch this if you wanna know the mathematical etymology behind our own Phi's username.
Phi is cool. Also, Phi is cool.
Tonight, Paul came over and we hung TEN of his prints in my living room. You'll see them next-DIF.
Six seen here, plus a Paul.
No Gina Torres, no movie.
