Don't fall into the hole of genre-definitions. Look at Thirty Seconds To Mars' latest album. I don't even know what genre this is anymore. It's appealing, and culmination of various themes and genres, sometimes even instrumental. Don't feel like your album should have a defined genre either. Look at Fall out boy. Their latest album is a mixture of emo, rock, pop, hip hop, funk and.... I don't even know.

Just because one song is directed towards electronica, doesn't mean the next one should be. If you want to do one black metal song, and then some dubstep, who's stopping you?

Robert Carlyle would be excellent in the role, judging from his performance in Once Upon A Time, but said show would conflict with his schedule.

I did. But the winters there suck. No snow removal unless we pay about $100 per time(calculated, not directly translated currency), which is a lot to pay for. Also, there's one bus in the morning to get to work by, and one to get home by. If I miss either, I'm fucked, as walking to work takes about 80 minutes. Plus the walk to the kindergarden.

So yeah, we moved.

Oh my motherfucking God, today is Murphy's Law defined.
To start it off, I had to start later than usual, due to children not going to sleep. Then, after I decided on a song, I tried doing it for an hour or so, where I managed to fuck either video or audio up all the time. Then, I thought I could record the guitar and the vocals separately, and played with that for an hour. It didn't work. So, then I reverted, but had since grown tired of the song, and decided to switch. A couple of playthroughs later, I hit record, and my camera died. Flat batteries. Yay!

So instead, I just picked another song I know, and hit record on the damned iSight, and had to edit it together in Garageband. Yeah, you can actually do that.

And to top it off, I'll have no time to do it this weekend, which means I'm going to have to start building a cache tomorrow. Yay!
