Anything we should do differently than last time? Was the camera placement optimal? We could probably have it at head level, but it'd be favoring the closest heads, naturally.

I don't believe there's an extended cut of ID4 (correct me if I'm wrong), the special edition just has more bonus features, so you should be fine regardless of version

I think he's right, I remember a scene where Will Smif and Jeff Goldblum are discussing the controls, plus more time spent with Randy Quaid's ailing son.

The theatrical cut is probably the one we'll be doing.

The theatrical is the only one of Blu-Ray, afaik.  Shame, as I quite like the added scenes from the DVD.

I missed the last Live taping, so looking forward to this one.

Also in the LA area, Culver/Inglewood, and going to be so relaxing coming off a 2 week visit from my mom for her vacation, she flies out Saturday morning.

Should be fun.
