Topic: Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge (NO SPOILERS)

I know we have a bunch of movie fans here, and a lot of Star Wars fans, so I'm curious what everybody thinks about Galaxy's Edge, opening at Disneyland this weekend and Walt Disney World later this year.

I will ask to avoid spoilers where we can, because I'm trying to go in spoiler-free and I live near Walt Disney World, but suffice it to say, I'm very excited. Both attractions sound really incredible, and I love the idea of free-roaming droids and characters. Pretty sure I'm going to skip the $200 build-your-own lightsaber, but the cantina sounds fun. And I did peek at the special bottles for Coke and Sprite inside the land.

I also do know there's a full-size replica of the Millennium Falcon, and blue milk. The dedication was last night for Disneyland, and you can check it out on YouTube if you so desire.

I saw the couple photos that Mark Hamill threw on twitter today, and, like, I was already excited, but holy crap it looks SO. GOOD.

So... I went last night, here in Orlando.

The spoiler free version is "OH MY GOD THAT WAS AMAZING," and only one of the two planned attractions, the attraction everybody is calling "the B-attraction," was open.

When I walked through the Smugglers Run queue and it transitioned from an intergalactic jetway to the hallways of the Falcon, I literally stopped walking, my knees decided to stop working, and I kind of stumbled down into a crouch and sat on my heels because... it was the Falcon. I was standing in a corridor of the Millennium Falcon.
