God damn it.
I don't get it.

Okay, I've seen Eurotrip, but it would make a lot more sense if your "spoiler" had something in it.
Oh well.
You can't spoil Eurotrip.

A big chart of directors, arranged by how accessible they are to the general public. Really interesting. I haven't seen anything by anyone below Dziga Vertov.
It lost me after Tarr. I've heard of Mike Snow, but that's more dumb luck than familiarity with Infinity Level.
EDIT: Also, on the Iron Man 3 poster, is it me or is the scale wonky?

What, you mean peoples waists aren't the size of my wrist?

RE: Iron Man 3 Poster
"I'll never let go, Jarvis. I'll never let go..."
Also, now I must look up the Coney Island Amateur Psychoanalytic Society and find out what films they make...

Dude has chicken legs.
Ya I've gotten as far as Tarkovsky on that chart, haven't heard of anyone blow that. Considering how amazing so many of Tarkovsky's films are, it's comforting to know there's dozens of potentially great directors who's work I haven't seen or heard of yet.
Lucas below Spielberg? Guest in the "popcorn" section? Coen Brothers below Tarantino and Wes Anderson? The Wachowskis below anyone but Bay? Two entries for Gondry? No attempt at placing Wyler, Wilder, Curtiz, Whale, and other classic directors?
That chart seems to mix up depth and nonsense. Some things aren't accessible because they're bullshit. Other things ARE accessible and still profound. If you get to the end of pretty much any Steven Spielberg movie and you haven't learned something that makes you a better person, you haven't been paying attention.

The chart isn't claiming that the lower you are, the more profound you are. It's just showing which directors are most accessible to people who don't care about charts like this. It says as much at the top in that note.
The explanations on the right contain inside 4chan jokes. Take from that what you will.

Hashtags on Facebook
I still disagree with that. Hashtags are a quick, efficient way of giving context to an image or whatever you're linking on any site. Of course, I've never actually used hashtags for what they were originally designed for, so I may be biased.
I don't know what a hashtag is and I'm pretty sure I don't care.
