That is so sad.
Given how much Teague complains about the color of the Hulk in this episode, you should see what he's sent to a client this week.
If you're going to predict, step up:
Once you get past the campaign's swooshy introduction bits, everything Lana says sketches out Cloud Atlas's um, way of being and helps illuminate a lot about why the movie is how it is.
He's making the type of movies that I spent years day-dreaming of as a kid.
Wouldn't you rather watch the movies you daydream of as an adult?
No, before the beer bit.
Jimmy B wrote:It's quite pathetic, isn't it? Wah, he's too old, wah, he's not hot, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!
Imagine if they had cast a woman and male fans reacted that way. The outcries of "MISOGYNY!" and "MALE PRIVILEGE!" would overload tumblr and fucking Jezebel would have to write a series of articles about the "appearance shaming" of actresses.
I need a beer.
I don't remember all of the logical fallacies, but I'm pretty sure this is one of them.
Sometimes FiyH is just bitching about shit which isn't relevant in the wrong forum.
Given the context, it's part of this discussion. It was mentioned in the episode, and was a little disconcerting to hear Brian come to the guy's defense. I'd say it's totally relevant and in the right forum.
But I'll concede. Here's an article on how of effectively get people to give you money for a t-shirt and a cookie:
HOLDEN LOOK AT THIS NEAT THING
As I've heard, having Amazon handle the payments is due to their relationship to credit card companies. Putting holds and guarantees on funds to move at a later date was a really novel idea when Kickstarter first started, and a startup couldn't swing those kinds of negotiations.
And Brian, yes, the author of that manual was advocating for sexual assault. It's like, exactly what sexual assault is.

The original Sleepaway Camp is a classic, II and III aren't as great and very different from the original, but this one was the first time I had a physical negative reaction to a film. Started feeling sick and getting very angry throughout.

Post-MORTEM, mofo. Quote me right.
I know where the piano came from, but where'd you find the extra vocal register? *clap*
THEN I BETTER GO BUY A HOODlE OR SOMETHING BEFORE MAY 2
Used to live a couple blocks from there. And now, regrettably, I know what that street looks like covered in blood and limbs. Gory mess made on the same paving bricks I would walk over at night holding hands with someone I loved. Same bricks I would have to run down to return something to the library before it closed. Same benches across the street where I would look up at the Hancock and the Trinity and sit content and delighted to be in such an amazing city.
Fuck.
Well I shopped this today, does this count?
Well. Everything about that is in poor craft. And poor taste.
http://stilleatingoranges.tumblr.com/po … t-conflict
In the West, plot is commonly thought to revolve around conflict: a confrontation between two or more elements, in which one ultimately dominates the other. The standard three- and five-act plot structures—which permeate Western media—have conflict written into their very foundations. A “problem” appears near the end of the first act; and, in the second act, the conflict generated by this problem takes center stage. Conflict is used to create reader involvement even by many post-modern writers, whose work otherwise defies traditional structure.
I literally fell asleep several times playing this last night.
Here is a picture of me drinking whiskey from a Grammy, because I am an asshole.
