Haven't listened to the commentary yet, but what a great movie. I hadn't watch it in years and just marveled at it all the way thru. One thing I noticed is that if you made it today, it would be full of slinky dames. The two here are not exactly top shelf.
EDIT: Finished the commentary. Fantastic work.
Just watched the first one so far. Excellent audio. Perfect lighting. Smooth delivery. Are you sure this isn't a viral video funded by— oh wait, the ending fizzles out with redundant requests to stay tuned.
Okay. We're cool.
I'll keep watching!
This movie isn't broken because it's not a genre film. This is a drama—the conflict is internal and the heroes are their own worst enemies, hence no need to make the superposse into real characters. That's what makes it a genre-buster. The only problem is that the first act is a bit long and the second act is a bit repetitive, but the charm of the leads gets us over that for the most part.
1:01:00 Damn you, Trey. You just just explained that.
Feed still says Down in Front and DownInFront.net and everything. What's going on there?
Also, who are you people? And where are my pants?
"Luckily, the lady they love is made of steel."
