One of them there 'always listening hockey pucks' that was bent and broken to my will to work with my PC, innit... badly, I grant you.
I had reservations about such devices long ago before realising, to do anything online, in this digital age, there is no escaping the fact that I know that EVERYONE KNOWS MY SHAMEFULL LOVE FOR SUBSTANDARD POP web searches, so, might as be out and open about it. Now I was planning on doing a jazzy [Post Modern JukeBox] version of the Power Rangers theme but I got side lined when I realised that it would sort of work over The Cure's Love Cats bass riff.
(there is an awful delay running through my daw then OBS and compensating for that in my head phones is like playing with a speech jammer thing - my timing aint that off, I promise - mind I should have figured out the Power Rangers hook ahead of time. That on is all me 
)

Yeah, I was gonna demonstrate the powers of projectors as PC displays and always listening devices....
...but it's so far off being useable. I failed.

I'm too entrenched in the googs to change. I tried to live with DuckDuckGo a few years back and noped out and, nower days, I can't turn on my lights/outlets without a constantly listening device or two. Save me.

With all the passion of this luthier-ian venture; I've started one of my own. I'm building an electric guitar - The I Once Seen A Hedge guitar. A sort of Gibson SG rip-off but stained green (hedge-like), beaten up (relic-ed) and burnt with a blow torch ( to bring out the wood grain).

Not a karaoke song, but I grabbed the nearest things I had near my desk and plugged em into my mixer, let OBS run, and tried to make a thing out of it in the edit. Whilst, riffing on an old tune I made.

Yeah, it's an awful title comparatively. I do like the show though. Certainly the first two as-they-call-them-on-Netflix-instead-of-seasons 'Parts'; they wrap up into a nice little bow. Having just binged 'em, I'm all for more. The 'god in the machine' tussle that comes with most heist things - everything that has transpired has done so according to my design - feels a little more 50/50 between the cops and the robbers than the usual 'Oceans' franchise format. Yet, I say that, it's probably more a 70/30 split in favour of the robbers. It kinda doesn't feel formulaic even with the smattering of slow-mo-bad-ass-The Right Stuff-gang-walks-to-camera that any heist movie must have.
Also, I'm fairly sure that there is quota to have a gal in her underwear to sexify up the joint in every episode. Not a complaint. Just an observation, but enough to distract you from the libertariansim and anti-establishment theme.

Day 2 of Regan Makes A Ball:
I threw on some quick and dirty edge wear to test how the geometry is coming along - I'd be done now if I were to just use normal maps but, noooo. I had to go and sphere-ify a cube - but, hard modeling all the details in one piece of geometry has, atleast, been sort of an interesting challenge I set myself. #inktober
