You know what I'd like to see? A DIF wiki. You have four years worth of episodes, with all this information, opinion, and stories, and you're only going to discover them randomly. Let listeners with no life (hi, Zarban!) compile and list those moments.
We're not even on the normal Wikipedia. A whole DIF Wiki seems greedy.

Teague, do you not realize that all the cool kids have their own Wiki? I mean, there are wikis for things like "Starfleet Jedi" (just stumbled upon this one, so its fresh in the mind). Even when I played Star Wars Galaxies MMORPG, there was a wiki dedicated to characters from a single server, and their storylines.
So, it sounds weird, but honestly, a DIF wiki wouldn't surprise me.
But, lets at least work on a Wikipedia entry...I mean, that at least could be fun.

I don't know anything about Wikis, but it sounds nice. I'd still rather be on the real one, though. 
Wiki's are actually pretty easy to set up, and if DiF's Godaddy account is the same as mine then you can have up to ten databases. I assume a few of them are already in use for the show listings and such, but it only takes one database slot to run a wiki.
And if I can set up a Wiki page, then certainly Holden can do it...

But yeah, setting up a wiki wouldn't be terribly hard. Getting Teague's approval on the look and feel, however, is like having Hellboy take a swing at your genitals.

You would have a page for each episode, a list of participants, maybe a few bullet points about discussions had in the episode, and then a quotations section. Maybe somewhere down the line you could introduce episode transcripts, so that I could search and find in which episode a certain movie was mentioned, or a person was brought up.
I mean, it's a massive undertaking, considering the sheer volume of DiF content. But I think it would be really cool.
If you volunteer to spearhead the project, I'll promote you from Fake Physician in a fake heartbeat.

And the unpause point of each commentary. I've been wanting to create a widget that lets me sync any commentary to whatever part of a movie I'm in. But I'm too lazy to dig for all the unpause points. So I'd volunteer a mac-based widget when I'm finished.

Hmm. I'll look into it. I certainly have nothing better to do with my free time. I'm not sure how to set one up successfully, but I'll do my best to learn.
EDIT: After some brief searching, I've lost confidence in my ability to successfully start up a wiki. However, I'm very interested in this project. Does anyone else have the know-how to get it off the ground?
